Thank you for supporting Cedar Bloom Herbs. Every item is handcrafted in small batches with care. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping methods, and what you can expect from the shipping experience.

Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared within one to three business days. This preparation time includes batching, labeling, and packing your items with intention.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

During holidays, product launches, or peak seasons, preparation may take slightly longer. If there is ever an unexpected delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Every package includes tracking information so you can follow your delivery from the moment it is scanned in.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to twenty four hours for tracking information to update.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on USPS and your location. Most domestic orders arrive within three to seven business days.

Delivery times may be slightly extended during holidays, high volume periods, or severe weather.

Cedar Bloom Herbs is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, we can adjust the address for you.

If the order has already shipped, you may need to contact USPS directly with your tracking number to request an address correction.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please take the following steps:

Check around your home and all exterior areas
Check with neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address
Contact USPS using your tracking number

If you still cannot locate the package after these steps, email us and we will assist you in opening a claim with USPS.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging, damaged items, and shipping label. Email them to support@cedarbloomherbs.com within three days of delivery and we will help replace the damaged items or offer a fair solution.

International Shipping

At this time, Cedar Bloom Herbs ships within the United States only. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy.
